Payroll services
$100–$250 / month depending on number of employees and pay frequency. Includes pay-run processing, payroll tax remittances, and T4 preparation.
Accounts payable & receivable management
Bill payments, vendor reconciliation, invoicing support, and AR follow-up. Pricing scoped to volume — typically a flat monthly fee on top of your package.
Catch-up & cleanup bookkeeping
For new clients who are months (or years) behind. We'll get your books current, reconciled, and ready for ongoing service. Quoted as a one-time project.
Inventory management
$100–$400 / month for businesses tracking stock, SKUs, or COGS through QuickBooks. Scoped based on inventory complexity.
Pricing FAQ
How do you decide which package is right for my business?
On our free consult, we'll ask about your monthly transaction volume, whether you file HST, and how much advisory support you want. Most early-stage businesses start on Starter, growing businesses on Growth, and established businesses on Pro & Advisory.
What counts as a 'transaction'?
Every line item that hits your bank or credit-card statements — sales deposits, expenses, transfers, refunds. We don't count internal transfers between your own accounts.
Can I change packages later?
Yes, any time. If your transaction volume grows or shrinks, we'll move you to the right tier with no fees.
Do you offer one-time bookkeeping cleanup?
Yes — see the catch-up & cleanup add-on above. We'll quote a fixed price after reviewing the scope, and most cleanups are completed in 2–6 weeks.
Is HST filing included?
HST tracking and preparation is included in the Growth plan. Full HST filing and compliance is part of the Pro & Advisory plan. Starter clients can add HST filing for a flat monthly fee.
How and when are payments made?
Monthly, via pre-authorized debit or credit card, on the same date each month. Your first month is billed after onboarding is complete.
